As you all probably know, Daniel Wright recently hosted a weeklong positivity workshop from January 11-15th. It was a great success, and everybody was involved in activities. Students had a lot of fun, and it opened kids’ eyes to helping the D103 community. One of the favorite days was the Heroes Dinner on Thursday, where students served firefighters, military, and police officers. The teachers loved Staff Appreciation day on Tuesday, especially because of the sweet posters and homemade treats brought in by students!
Molly McCoy was interviewed and had these thoughts on the experience, “Dude be nice week was overall a great experience! All of the days were well planned by the committees from NJHS. It was definitely a fun week for everyone including the teachers!”
