Having problems with dry skin? Fear no more! Here are some tips that you’ll love that will help you keep your skin super healthy!

1. Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!
You might be thinking that this is obvious, but many people forget to use a body lotion or moisturizer every day. It’s really important to make sure your skin is not dry or cracking.

2. Make sure you use lots of sunscreen.
Depending on where you live and what your weather is like, you are going to want to put on an appropriate amount of sunscreen to make sure you don’t get a sunburn.

3. Make sure to sanitize your smartphone!
According to a Stanford University study, that iPhone you can’t keep your hands off of can get more germ-infested than a toilet in a public toilet. In fact, the glass touch screens on mobile devices are so good at spreading viruses that sharing them may be almost as bad as sneezing in someone’s face.

4. Eat lots of nuts

Brazil nuts are rich in selenium, which increases skin elasticity and may decrease skin cancer, according to recent studies. Walnuts are great too- they are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which stop breakouts. Macadamia nuts are great too. They are full of helpful oils that help with skin rejuvenating.

5. Make sure you get your sleep

Hit the bed early, because it’s called beauty sleep for a reason. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and plenty of rest. Your cellular rejuvenating helps in the night.

6. If you wear makeup, make sure you cleanse your brushes and sponges.

This is really important, as the makeup left can cause a very bad skin irritation if you do not clean your brushes and sponges frequently. A British study found that 72% of women don’t clean their brushes.
